Laser Welding System of Diamond Tools

  National Engineering Research Center For Laser Processing (located in HUST) has developed the technology of diamond saw blade laser welding since 1992, foremost in China, and produced the first set of diamond laser welding machine in 1994, which has been running all the time. More than 18 sets of such machines has been operated around China. At present, HG Laser has owned an advanced diamond tools laser-welding production line and production technology imported from Germany. HG Laser(which is turned from National Engineering Research Center For Laser Processing) has concentrated R&D, manufacture, trade into international cooperative system. The welded products have gained safe-certificate of MPA and exported to all over the world.
  HG Laser has formed an experienced team to engineer, produce, service and represent the laser welding system. This seasoned team knows and understands high-production, precision, capital equipment. HG Laser is well known throughout the diamond saw for proving quality products and excellent service. This team believes in developing and maintaining long-term, meaningful relationships with all customers and suppliers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPLETE MACHINE


  The HGL5000 is a diamond segment laser welding machine powered by the transverse flow 5000W laser(shown as Fig.1), which performs manually segment loading and accommodates a wide range of saw cores (diameter Ф115mm-Ф600mm and thickness 1.3mm-4.4mm). The segments will be fed by hands and clamped through elastic clamps, and the system will also accommodate a wide range of core bit diameters and segment heights by changing the clamp.

  Shown as Fig.2, the equipment is composed of six parts: laser, the dual- temperature water-cooling unit, three-directional beam delivery system, the worktables respecting for blade and core bit welding, motion and control unit. The equipment can be mainly used for laser welding of diamond saw blade, thin-wall diamond core driller and other ring-shaped, pipe-shaped parts. It holds the characteristics of multi-worktable and multi-function, and is a new laser welding system which holds higher ratio of quality/price in China.

Main Characteristics
1、 New type of TF5000W CO2 laser needn’t consume expensive He gas instead of much cheaper Ar gas, saving production cost for the user.
2、 The outer-bridge-inner-cavity and multi-fold resonance obtain the stable high power and low mode output.
3、 The optical components and reflecting focus mirrors are imported from Germany. High precision optics can achieve three-directional laser welding processing and increase the producing efficiency of the laser welding equipment.
4、 The dual-temperature water-cooling unit can satisfy all types of domestic and overseas lasers and machines, avoid the phenomena of dewing, and improve the stability of equipment.
